The ID.7 – the electric touring saloon
With the ID.7 saloon, Volkswagen is expanding its successful fully electric ID. family into the high-volume segment of the upper mid-range class.
After the ID.4, the ID.7 is Volkswagen’s second global model based on the modular electric drive matrix.
It offers an innovative temperature, air-conditioning and comfort experience:
— seat air conditioning is available in a Volkswagen for the first time.
— Temperature and humidity sensors in the seats detect the cooling and/or heating requirements and regulate the air conditioning accordingly.
— A newly developed seat massage function is integrated in the front seats.
— The new electrically variable glass roof can be electronically switched opaque or clear.
— The augmented reality head-up display projects details such as speed and interactive information in the close range in front of the driver.
