Новых мыслей пока нет. Честно говоря, адаптация врядли приведет устранению проблемы (ведь иногда движок ведет себя нормально, при этом с ДЗ ничего не делают)

Note:
The basic setting matches the Simos control unit to the throttle valve control part with the ignition switched on.
Special tools, testers and auxiliary items
• ◆ Fault reader V.A.G 1551 or vehicle system tester V.A.G 1552 with cable V.A.G 1551/3
Test conditions
●
No faults stored in fault memory
Test sequence
• ‒ Switch ignition on.
• ‒ Interrogate fault memory, if necessary, repair fault and erase fault memory.
=> Page 01-9, interrogating and erasing fault memory
• ‒ Then:
• ‒ Press keys 0 and 4 for the function "Introduction of basic setting" and confirm entry with Q key.
• ‒ Press keys 0 and 1 for "Display group number 01" and confirm entry with Q key.
Note:
After confirming the display group number 01 the throttle valve positioner will be moved to the min., max. and three intermediate positions and the control unit will store each individual throttle valve angle in the permanent memory. The throttle valve will then remain in the start position.
• ‒ Terminate engine basic setting by pressing the⇒ button.
• ‒ Press keys 0 and 6 for the function "End output" and confirm entry with the Q key.
• ‒ Switch off ignition.
Note:
The ignition must remain switched off for at least 15 seconds so as to store the basic setting.
