Checking clutch pedal freeplay at a prescribed mileage, except on models with self-adjusting clutch cable, is the only required maintenance procedure. The transaxle is designed to be lubricated for its operational life, so checking and correcting the transaxle oil level is not necessary unless the transaxle is leaking or has been repaired.
