Replacing Pressure Regulator

The fuel pressure regulator attaches to the fuel rail with two Phillips-head screws. Disconnect the vacuum hose and the blue fuel return hose. Discard the hose clamp. Remove the screws and pull the regulator from the fuel rail. Inspect the O-ring for damage and replace it if necessary. Installation is the reverse of removal. Connect the blue fuel return line with a new hose clamp.

WARNING-

Fuel will be expelled. Use a clean rag to soak up fuel. Do not disconnect any wires that could cause electrical sparks. Do not smoke or work near heaters or other fire hazards. Keep a fire extinguisher handy.
