Tire Rotation

Volkswagen recommends tire rotation every 7,500 miles (12,000 km) to promote even wear and maximum tire life. Though it is a minor added expense, it is prudent to also have the tires balanced at the same time, to correct any imbalance due to wear. Rotate the tires as shown in Fig. 7-1.
